Frequently asked

What documentation is supplied with this lot?
A certificate of analysis (COA) is issued for the lot you receive. It records the catalogue number RS-A002455 and the batch number, the tests performed, the specification applied and the result obtained. A safety data sheet is supplied with the shipment.
Is the assigned value given on an “as is” basis?
Content and purity are stated per lot on the certificate of analysis, on an “as is” basis unless the certificate says otherwise. The analytical basis for the assigned value is stated on the certificate.
How should this material be stored?
Store as stated: Ambient (>5 °C). Re-test before use beyond the retest date printed on the certificate.
Do you supply pack sizes other than those listed?
Pack sizes are confirmed with the quotation. Quantities beyond the standard pack sizes can be quoted — send the quantity you need with your enquiry.

Finding this standard

Buyers reach this compound by CAS number, by catalogue number, through the drug substance it belongs to, or through the type of standard it is. Those routes all start here:

Searching another way? Send the structure, a SMILES string or the pharmacopoeial name — a CAS number is not required for a non-compendial impurity. Write to sales@rssechem.com.
