Shipping and lead time
Reference standards are small, high-value shipments. Packing condition and paperwork matter more than speed.
Packing conditions
| Condition | Used for |
|---|---|
| Ambient | Materials stable at room temperature; the certificate states this explicitly. |
| Ice pack | Materials requiring 2–8 °C in transit. |
| Dry ice | Materials requiring −20 °C or below; shipped as a dangerous good where applicable. |
Packing condition is confirmed with the quotation, before dispatch, and repeated on the certificate and the SDS for the lot.
Documentation with the shipment
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis and safety data sheet. Customs documentation is prepared for the destination country; please state the destination and the consignee at the quotation stage so the paperwork matches.
Lead time
Lead time depends on whether the material is held in stock or has to be prepared for the lot you require. Stock and lead time are stated in the written quotation, per item — they are not a catalogue-level promise. If a date is critical to your project, state it on the enquiry and it will be confirmed in writing.
Worldwide shipping
Orders are dispatched worldwide. Import permits and licences required in the destination country are the responsibility of the consignee; tell us what is required and the paperwork will be prepared accordingly.
