Short version: we use your details to answer your enquiry and to send you the documents you asked for. Nothing else.

What we collect

What you type into the enquiry form: name, email, institution, country, and the technical details of your request. If you email us, we hold the message. Our servers log standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and capacity purposes.

What we do with it

We use it to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation, and supply the documents and material you ask for. We keep the correspondence so a later question about the same lot can be answered.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quotation. If we ever send an update you did not ask for, tell us and we will stop.

Retention and removal

Enquiry correspondence is retained while it is commercially useful. Ask us to delete your details at any time at [email protected] and we will remove them, except where a record must be kept for a transaction already completed.
